Alpine ilxf-309

2017 Tundra Platinum. Got the Alpine iLX-f309 installed at Best Buy but they are having trouble with the tpms not showing up on the screen. It did show before. Anyone can tell me what they have to do to make it show up on the screen again.

I just went through this. My 4 tires read N/A on the screen. Same year, same headunit, but i have a fortin evo remote start plugged in to the obd port as well. I had to cut out a resistor on the t02 harness and do a master reset of the maestro module from the halo 9s menu. The reset is under settings-factory system settings-maestro settings-reset maestro. Once i did the reset it read the tpms. Cutting out the resistor is dependent upon the version of t02 harness you have. Per idatalinks tech support I had an older version that required it to be cut out. You may want to call the idatalink tech support if the reset does not work. They were super helpful in my case.
