    I usually do it around Nov 11, mainly because October is commonly a few skiffs of snow which either melt or don't stick around too much on the main roads.

    So I take it you have spare wheels also. It sure makes it alot faster and cheaper than switching tires on the same rims all the time.

    Yep, for both the car and the truck. We bought cheapo black steelies for the car's winter set and I used the OEM wheels from my truck for the winters and mounted my summers on the TRD Pro SEMA wheels. It's definitely alot less hassle to have them mounted and ready to go. It took me about 30 minutes to do the swap on the car today. The truck is usually longer but I do my oil change while I'm at it too. With my driving habits, the oil changes line up nicely with the tire changeover times.

    Both sets of winters are studded Nokian Hakkapellita
