Anyone here have this issue my Radar Cruise control went out got the triangle warning, and the collision icon on at the bottom. I thought this was addressed and fixed on these trucks?

Mine acted stupid a few times when the grille emblem was dirty but for the most part has been troublefree.
Actually seems better since I lifted it and put 35" tires on it.

Even after they replaced the faulty units, it will still complain if there is too much condensation or snow/ice on the toyota emblem (or the sensor plate on trd-pro's). Just ignore it.

Frost, i live in a province with one of the highest temperature variances anywhere. It was very slight frost if anything, I guess since I live here and its cold and snows 5 months out of the year I'm sol.

I use the radar cruise a lot. I generally like it. I've only had 2 instances since I got the truck in January where i got the alarm. Both involved heavy rain and something sticking to the front sensor. Other than that it's worked well.

When I walk to my truck each morning outside, I wipe the emblem with my sleeve or jacket.

It's finiky in the snow if anything is on it.

Yeah, I used to do that but stopped because I never use cruise (and I almost never have my cell phone in the truck so my full attention is on the road; no need to rely on PCS).

Maybe Toyota should have put the radar sensor behind the windshield like other makes have.

I’ve had an issue once with mine. It turned off on its own during some really heavy rain I was driving in. Once I got to the other side of the storm and the truck dried out it came back on during the same drive. Other than that it’s been flawless

I believe it mentions in the owners manual that rain and other weather elements can cause the system to turn off briefly
