Subject: 2005 tundra crew cab 2wd w/ over 220,000 miles...
1.) Does anybody know the cause (and remedy), for a flashing A/C button? The A/C works... until it starts flashing & then it doesnt blow cold air. If I push the A/C button to turn it off & then push it again to turn it on, it starts to work again. But now it seems to be happening more & more frequently.

2.) In the last couple days, the check engine light came on & now it's become sluggish & doesnt accelerate or shift as it should. I havent had time to have a diagnostic test done on it so, was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what it might be, or where to start.

    Thank you.
I'm pretty sure the 2nd issue is a bad secondary intake pump that has caused it to go into 'limp' mode.

I had somewhat of the same issue on my 02 regarding the A/C, it turned out to be a bad ground connection on the A/C compressor. As far as the other issues you just need to run a diagnostic check. Hopefully its something simple as a bad ignition coil. :notsure:
