In 2018 I had the new Toyota OEM LED headlights installed on my tundra 2014 1794 edition. All this time the DRL ligts worked Ok until couple months ago. The low DRL lights flicker when the headlights low beam come on. Has anyone had experienced this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

What harness and/or resistors did you use when you installed the headlights? Almost any time you swap an LED setup where halogens were, you're going to need a resistor. @iHacker makes a harness that takes care of all of that if you don't already have it.

I used the harness from Headlight Revolution. The lights worked OK for a year and a half.

@Headlight Revolution might be able to help then? Hopefully it's just a resistor taking a shit, otherwise I think you have to replace the entire headlight.

I have a feeling that the DRL relay is bad, but you are right I'll contac Headlight Revoluton for assistance. Thank you

Headlight Revolution couldn't assist , so I just went down to the nearest Toyota dealer and bought a new DRL relay. Had the relay replaced and haven't had any problems till this day.

You wouldn't happen to have a part number, would you? This is what I've found, but I'd like to make sure before I order it: (90080-87025)

I'm still working on getting the part. The closest dealer is an hour away. I'll update when I get it replaced.

    Just a quick update:
I called my closest dealer and they quoted me $85 and change. I promptly said "thank you" and hung up.

A few days ago I pulled the DRL and headlight relays, tapped them on the core support and put them back in. This evening was the first time I've driven at night and there didn't seem to be any issue.

I did look up the part on OEMPartSource.com and can get it for about $14+ shipping. I'm going to wait a bit and see how it goes.

So the problem has returned. I've changed the above relay. If I pull the DIM and/or HEAD relays I loose the headlights all except the headlight on dim mode on the DRL. I'm stuck at work while I work on it. I've switched the relays for the others (with the truck off) that are in the fuse panel and the problem continues.

I tried taping on the DIM and it seemed to change the pattern to its flashing. I switched the DIM relay with the BACK P/W 1 and 2 and the DEFOG. The DRL still flash. I also switch the HEAD relay with the C/OPN relay (with the truck off) and still flashing.

New update, The DRLs only flash/flicker when the truck is running. If the lights are on for the delay off or manually turned on with the engine off they are normal.

I ended up unplugging the DRL's to get home for the evening. I noticed that when I unplugged one side the other went full bright without flickering. I'm betting that either a resistor went bad or if I put a resistor in the harness the problem will go away.
