I don't go offroading much and was thinking about getting a sway bar for my truck because I heard it would help on the highway. I am inbetween the TRD sway bar and Hellwig.

Hellwig would be my 1st choice, but the thinner TRD bar ain't bad.

I'm not sure how it would help on the highway if you are going straight. The sway bars help when the truck goes into a turn. But I believe your ride quality driving on the highway will be unchanged.

    That ^^^ is correct.

I have the TRD rear sway bar (well, and the front too). I LOVE IT in the corners. Interstate cloverleaf on/off ramps.............leave dude in his BMW far far behind. :D

The roads leading to and from the highway is where the rear anti-roll bar shines.

Believe there's another thread here on this exact question. Search TRD vs Hellwig sway bar.
