The motor went out on my driver side power folding mirror. I think I have found a replacement on eBay though, so that’s good. The issue for me though is to get to the motor I had to cut the star lock washer that is used to keep the spring compressed in the mirror. Does anyone know the exact size of this washer, where to buy one, and what the best process is to compress the spring back to its original position. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated!
