I have a 2019 Tundra. Have been having trouble with left trailer light. Works sometimes. Today I tried to fix it I started with the bumper jack. I had power to the flashers but no power to the running lights. I have checked the 30amp fuse marked trailer tow. Not blown. Just to be sure I changed the fuse anyway. Still no power

Later in the day no power at any pin. 4 pin connection. Can the relay blow? Can a relay be tested?

    Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)!

Yes, a relay can fail. And it can be tested by applied voltage to the coil terminals and checking continuity change on the contact terminals. That said, I don't know enough about the trailer power system to give any specific direction. But we have folks here who can. I'm sure they'll chime in when they have a chance.
