I want to level or come close to leveling my 2019 TRD Sport with Bilstein 5100s on the middle setting for the front only. Are the red Sport shocks equivalent to the 4600s? If I put 5100s on the front, do I need to use 5100s on the rear also, or will my Sport shocks on the rear be fine? I’ve had many trucks and always kept them stock, so I’m still learning about all the variables that can affect suspension and ride quality. Thanks.

My experience was that I had stock kyb shocks and upgraded to the 5100 front and back with a 1 inch block in the rear. The front I used the stock springs on the top setting. It had a little bit of rake but that’s because of the TSS. Ride was way better than stock.
