Just installed a new Kenwood DDX5707S head unit in my 2007 Crewmax with JBL without navigation, as well as a Boyo VTL17IRTJ backup cam. Got everything installed (negative battery terminal was disconnected during install) and now my truck won’t start. It cranks but won’t turn over. I’ve checked fuses, tried testing fuel pump relays just by replacing them with others, can’t figure out what is going on. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Maybe reset the ecu? Did you use a plug and play harness or did you splice wires ?

    Alot of them
Check the DRL fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. That fuse will cut ignition and not allow it to start.
