Not the prettiest but they are pretty solid, I could have made the welds prettier but our mig machine is down at work I welded it all with 7018. I used 3/16 3 inch flat bar. I plan on spraying them with bedliner spray to match my bed. Once I spray them you won’t even see any of the spatter. I just couldn’t see myself spending $200 on stiffeners I still have a lot of other things I want to do to the tundra.

    Nice job!
I bet those would work with the OEM bed extender.

    Awesome!

Do you still need to drill the bed like the others out there?

Yes I have to drill two holes for 3/8 bolts on each side but if I ever decide I don’t want them I can always just leave the bolt in to cover the hole and spray it Black

Ran into a little issue for the top bolt I had to cut a hole to put the nut in but it’s in 3431FB97-C9F9-4B25-B4BA-BC469326FB16.jpg57800E06-B39B-4DEA-9F9F-E724C1EAAC59.jpg
