I have been noticing at night that my flood lights seem to move when I hit a bump. Taking a closer look last night, both panels that hold the lights in seem to have quite a bit of play. I have not had the time to get underneath the truck to see if there is a way to tighten them up.

Has anyone else with a 2020 TRD Pro noticed this?

My Dealer fixed mine under warranty. They have had enough of them come into the shop loose that they have come up with a fix bolting the plastic housing to the Truck. I had tried the zip ties and it did not last long but I am on rough logging roads daily.

I am going to ask the dealer to address it on my next oil change. If not, zip ties it is.

If you take the fog light out you will see there is a "blank" tab on the bracket that you can drill through and then use an additional screw to secure the light in three locations. Did that and a ziptie through the clip part of the bracket. No issius anymore.

When I replaced mine with the SS3s I couldnt believe how poorly Toyota had designed the mounting surfaces. Simply adding a second post to screw into would fit the issue.

Zip ties fixed it for me.

I think I'm going to have the delaership do mine, especially if they are fixing them which they should under warranty. I've had mine change a dome light out, front end alignment and fix a squeak due to the front skid plate rubbing something. Now the truck rides some much better.
