What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

You use the phone app to update the truck software. They link together, if your phone has issues you can download the update via a usb drive. Many posts on here about it. Look back a few pages if you have more questions.

Yeah my body is done. I'm too old for this but I took the day off to clear out my guest room. Around 40k but I'm in the NORTH country and the weather is HARSH. As far as the ditch light, just unbolt the hood, hold the barcket in place with the light already installed, put your hood bolts back in and you're done. Super easy.

Download the app, go to your truck... when you put your keys in the app will open and try to connect.
If it doesn’t, your truck doesn’t have the capability.
If it does, it will walk you through automatically.

 

They would look good all black on that color blue..

 

The vinyl overlays is definitely next on the list.

 

Love the door jam handle ... i also have a black truck but i ordered the “Red” ones ... cant wait ...

 

or wheel resurfacing or powder coating if you want a permanent option.

 

What exactly do door jam handles do, never seen those before?

They are great! Had them on my 2nd gen, haven’t gotten them yet for my 3rd.

Let you grab the door and swing it shut without grabbing the paint.

The only downfall of this mod is the hours of convincing and training it takes to get your passengers to use them.

Why cant you use the door handles?, I'm still confused.

 

Dude you totally can use the handle.. this just allows the doors to be close without grubby hands leaving smudges on your door (or handle)

 

Dude, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. If my hands are grubby, i can use my elbow to close the door.
