Have you guys received the same letter from Toyota? Has anyone done the recall? Just wondering what the story was?

I know that often with other vehicles the recalls replace current parts with inferior equipment, just wondering if that was the case with this.

    Thanks

There was someone on this forum that notice the problem and how to fix it before Toyota issued the recall. So the dim signal recall seemed legit. I haven't bothered yet.
