Apparently another issue from this build. I have the 3/1 boss lift +18 offset. 295/70/18 cooper STT pro tire. They are telling me the tire rubs hard at not even full turn. Anyone run into this.

Take off the flaps, trim the plate and bend back the liner.

MIGHT need to do the CMC

They are telling me the correct size is a 305/65/18 for the above set up.

Just told them to put the tires on give me a wheel alignment so I can get the truck home and research more.

There you go. All of what I just said can be done in your own garage in no time sxcept for the CMC, but you can get a shop to do it or a friend who can cut and weld

When I spoke with a shop about doing the same, that's the exact tire they told me to go with as well. Haven't done it, instead doing a Bilstein level with 285/65/18's.

Looking forward to see how yours turns out. I am thinking about the same wheels and tires, with just leveling the truck too. The +25 offset seems to be just outside the fender.

Truck will be picked up tomorrow. Everything worked out in the end apparently. I have not seen the truck yet but, the garage said it looks sick in a good way.

Pictures will be in a build thread I start tomorrow.

Ya, that's exactly what I'm running - 285/65/18 with +25 offset. Don't have a pic on this laptop, but you're correct - it's just outside the fender....would guess about a 1/2-3/4 inch. Not running fender flairs and really like how it worked out.

    See fine print
@joonbug has a similar setup. He can give you more insight.

I ran 306/65/18 for this reason. To minimize rubbing. Still had to trim and move my front liner and run no flaps in my front wheel well.

    285/65/18 on a +30 offset.

I believe with the +25 offset you're going to be fine with no rubbing. At the most, may have to remove the flap.
