    So if i’m correct, rubbing only occurs because of negative offset wheels or too wide of a tire? Height/sidewall of the doesn’t matter? Sorry if my question doesn’t make sense to you.

    No. Every aspect is a factor. Positive offset wheels can and do rub too depending on tire size.
