2008 Toyota Tundra SR5 5.7L

Please advise, I was told by a experienced muffler shop that they would remove all 4 catalytic converters and only install 2 new ones and that will Fix the codes, a second opinion said that No all 4 must be replaced with new ones and only Chevy trucks can get away with only 2 catalytic converters. My truck has 315,xxx miles and I am trying to decide to replace only 2 and remove 2 or keep all 4 and replace them with new ones to get rid of the codes.
