2020 Tundra SR5 4X4

I bought a used 2020 Tundra and cannot get the option to send a voice text. The only option I have arw the 10 preloaded reply options. I can use the Android Auto without any issues, but do not want to plug my phone in all the time. I tried the 800 customer service and they could not fix it. Recommend the dealership and they could not fix it. Has anyone else had this issue?
