Why doesn't the TRD PRO come with a rear TRD sway bar? Is it because of the FOX shock suspension? Has anyone added a rear sway bar and if so what were the noticeable benefits.

The trd pro is made to be the most off road oriented version of the tundra. If you added a trd sway bar it would be counter productive to what they are trying to do with the rear as it would essentially tie your rear together and limit your articulation. The trd sport model is made to be a more street oriented build from Toyota and includes both front and rear trd sways I believe.

    hope that makes sense op

I don’t own a pro but I added a rear sway as I do a lot of highway driving currently. While some claim to feel an immediate difference when adding the sway I really only notice it in corners as I feel It helped with my body roll a bit.

I added one to mine and it makes a noticeable difference in body roll during cornering. It also helps with cross winds. I also have about 400 lbs on the back and am just shy of 8 foot tall so YMMV

Speaking of the rear bar only, Put one on if you're not going to be out in the woods rock crawling. It made a big difference for me on my ‘18 OR with rear stability on the road. The truck feels a lot more planted on the road. Best mod I’ve done to my truck and if something happened to it tomorrow, I’d replace it immediately.
