    Hello,
I have a 2015 Tundra SR5 Crewcab with P275/65R18 tire/wheels. I often see new P275/55R20 sets on sale. Probably a dumb question - are these interchangeable? any modifications needed? Thank you GeorgeIMG_0343[1].jpg IMG_0341[1].jpg

Yes you can put those on with no issues. The only thing you may need to do is reprogram the TPMS sensors or take out the sensors from your old rims. Unless you don't care to have working tpms.

Is the only reason you want to go to a 20 inch rim for cheaper tires? If you only drive your truck on pavement you won't have issues with 20s, but if you offroad or drive rough roads often you will notice the ride more going from 18s to 20s.

RobertD - Not necessary cheaper going to 20 inch rim, it just that there are more new 20 inch take-offs for sale. I mostly drive on pavement and it's good to know that I have more options. Thanks

Sounds good. Lots of members end up looking for those rims you have. I bet if you posted a location you could find someone with 20s who is wanting to swap.

I had the 20's on my 20 Platinum. They are just fine on smooth roads and mild gravel roads. I replaced those with some 255/75/17's Cooper Discover At3, and the ride is 10x better than the 20's. And these tires are snowflake rated so no more switching out wheels/tires in the spring and fall.

@mcm0455 I'm on 20s and think the ride is fine, but enough of y'all have convinced me to go to 18s when I upgrade my suspension and lift the truck a little. Excited to see the ride get better from many factors lol now just have to wait until I can do it haha
