Wife just picked up a new 2020 Tundra Crew Cab Sport. There is no plastic panel behind the rear seats covering where the back Window rolls down. Did Toyota remove this panel or is the part missing?

    Welcome from NY.

If you are talking about the back wall, there is no plastic cover.

A 2018 has a sheet metal panel covering the rear window bay and a half inch thick rubber/batting insulation pad covering the sheet metal panel. Your 2020 should have a metal panel covering the rear window bay. However, James @ Tech12Volts told me that Toyota deleted the insulation pad on 2020 models. Does this answer your question?

All I have is insulation pad and no sheet metal.

Hmmm... doesn't sound right to me. Hopefully, some other 2020 owners will chime in, but I'm pretty sure you should have the black sheet-metal cover.
