Why is Tech12Volts the only one with 2020 DSR1 Firmware?

    I'm looking at getting a DSR1 for my 2020 TRD Pro with JBL so I can replace my amp and speakers.

    I asked Tech12Volts and he said he is the only one with 2020 firmware. There isn't any 2020 firmware on idatalink's site either.

    I certainly don't mind buying from him, in fact I was planning to do that in the first place due to his reputation on here, but why is he the only one? What does he have that isn't available to the public?

    Is the 2019 firmware compatible with the 2020 models? I assume it has something to do with Entune 3.0

    Thanks, Toyota, for giving us a shitty audio system and no easy way to upgrade it!
