Blew the 15A tail fuse now I have GREMLINS !!!!!!

I spent a great amount of time on Tundra talk last night but I still have a Gremlin.
I was installing some stick on DRL lights with sequential turn signals built in.

Installed the left with no issue tested everything worked. While installing the right one during testing I touched the running light hot wire (Purple) to the center ground wire ( white /black) . resulting in the 15A tail # 20 under the dash fuse blowing. After replacing the stock lights are working. When I test for power with a meter there is no current on the purple wire, and it appears the voltage is coming from the turn signal side which has voltage all the time now when the truck is running. Please give me your two scents on this. I have checked Under the hood fuse # 17 and under the dash fuse # 15 and # 20 all these checked out as good. Is it possible there is a relay that could have been damaged? if so could you please tell me which one.

2014 Tundra SR5 Note fuses were checked visually not with the meter .
