Truck shakes when brakes are applied but steering wheel and brake pedal are fine. I don't feel pulsating on both, but truck shakes real bad. I already replaced rotors, pads, shock even the brake dust cover because of a TSB for pulsating brakes. I did an inspection and all bushings look fine. Checked both hubs while replacing the brake dust cover, and those look fine.
Anybody ever encounter this? I'm out of ideas. Thanks

I'm having a similar issue. I'm suspecting my issue is caused by wheel not seated correctly or tires. looking for correct lug nuts to try at the moment.

BFree...Make sure hub surface is extremely clean where your wheels mate. These trucks are sensitive to vibrations. Op, if it is only doing it when you apply the brakes, that is usually a brake/rotor issue. It's so hard to tell without seeing it. Rotate the tires to the rear and see if there is any change. Tire balance issues are weird and cause strange things. What about alignment? My truck shook bad above 40 without even touching the brakes....it was hot spots on the rotors.

How old is your truck? Check the drive shaft bolts and U joints. The manual says to inspect or tighten the bolts every so many miles. If it’s happening on deceleration and you don’t feel it in the pedal or wheel, then it could be somewhere else in the driveline.

Check for a binding parking brake cable and/or actuator. Also go get your tires road force balanced. Another possibility is the new rotors need to be phase-matched to the hubs. You could always measure the runout of the rotors and see if there is some tolerance stacking going on. I've had issues with aftermarket rotors on these trucks. Wagner E-coat rotors are the only ones (besides OE) I trust.

I went thru this and solved it......

It's your parking brake hanging up on the rear brakes. Get under your truck and free it up and GREASE THE HECK out of the fulcrum levers found about mid truck on the driver side along the rocker panel. GREASE over everything at least once a year before winter and you will never have this problem again.

When the truck starts shaking.....PULL OVER and check the rear rotors....one or both are probably REAL HOT and this is your problem.
