Will a Sequoia Blower fan work in a tundra?

My fan in my tundra seems weak, i have heard that people use the one from the Sequoia as it is stronger cause it has rear air vents.

Can anyone confirm that it actually is plug in play?

871030C051 is the sequoia part number.
