    Not trying to hi-jack your thread, but I need one too. Seems like it rusted off before I bought my 01. Right now I got a bungee cord hooked from the hood through behind the grille then hooked to the skid plate haha. If anyone else has one on hand, let me know

    The rod attaches to the rear of the lever, not on the side, and the lever faces forward, also mounts with only two bolts, everything is plastic except the bolts.
