Should my carrier bearing look like this ? Please help

    2011 Tundra Crewmax 4X4
    Tough Country Brushgaurd, Gun magnet, LED interiors , Grenade valve caps , custom shift handle . Blacked out front grill , bug guard etc.
    2011 toyota tundra sr5 5.7l Crewmax
    Last night while just checking a few things underneath the truck I noticed my carrier bearing has grease coming out all around the inner circle and even in the slot for water to run out. I changed this about 6 months ago, maybe I did it wrong i don't know but here's some photos please let me know what you think
