I have access to that info with my Kenwood HU and Maestro RR but can’t say I’ve ever watched it since I’m naturally aspirated and running OEM tune.

Haven't used the Autometer setup but that 1.8 star rating would have steered me away.

I do however use the "Torque" app in my head unit to measure more than just AFR with Bluetooth OBD module. N/A with bolt ons here.

    Thank you AZBoater.

TX210Tundra - I will have to look that up, the "Torque" app. A i.8 rating sounds bad, I did not notice that. Thank you.

I use the Torque App on my phone with a bluetooth OBD2 dongle from Amazon. You can monitor a bunch of stuff from tranny temps, coolant, timing, intake temperature, afr, etc and then also use a standalone wideband AFR gauge.

Thank you TX210Tundra. So can I pick any bluetooth, OBD2 plug that says it will work with an iPhone, then buy the "Torque App.," and then be good to see my parameters on my phone? I am not a guy who loves technology, obviously.

    Thank you.

Unless you're diagnosing a problem, I suspect watching your AFR is going to be like watching grass grow. :D

Thanx for popping in JohnLakeman. The reason I want to know is I have long tube headers, but with just a muffler & stock tailpipe. There is a thread somewhere by BAMufflers about "Toyota mods, what works and what does not." When he ran JBA LT's and a dual 3 inch set up, he chose not run the Hypertech because it ran leaner than he preferred. I have a Hypertech in my garage, and I would like to put it back on, but want to make sure it is safe.

    Thank you.

My Atoto HU had Torque pre installed already and I only needed to purchase the OBD2 Bluetooth plug which is the same concept as the one your looking at. Syncing the BT plug was as easy as connecting a Bluetooth speaker wirelessly. Pretty straight fwd
