Mirror question

Not sure if this has already been asked/discussed. So I was initially thinking of getting the black tow mirrors because I really would like to have the blinkers on the mirrors. The only thing that I don't like about the tow mirrors vs. the ones I have now is the size. I really don't care for the larger size tow mirrors and was hoping that I could get the mirrors I have now but w/ blinkers but that's not an option.

Just curious (and I think I may already know the answer) but would the mirrors that you can get on the 2015 Taco's work w/ a 2015 Tundra? My guess would be no since the base is smaller?

IF you get the two halfs apart base and and mirror assembly, they should be pretty close in diameter to match up... I dont think toyota pressed those two halfs together...

aftermarket is hit or miss on toyota..

Or bring out the dremel tool and do some custom work...

 

Thanks for the research. I thought it was odd that the Tundra's only had the 1 option of Tow Mirrors in order to have the blinker function on the mirror.
