I went to install new l.e.d dome lights into the back seating area and , not knowing the correct way to slide the bulb in, the light flickered and and small arc occurred and now none of the lights work. I checked the fuse and doesn't seem blown. Any ideas?

There is a thread on it here somewhere. You weren't the first one and won't be the last. There are a couple of fuses I think between the dash and engine compartment.

There's a small fuse box above your emergency brake, way up under the dash. And another under your hood. Check under the dash first
