    Hey Guys,

I have a JBL h/u and everything else is from James, just installed all the dash speakers yesterday and it was brite to begin with and now its way too brite.

Has anyone mastered the DSR1 app "perfect Tune" ?

I have the Hertz Centro components in doors , twin subs and now all new dash speakers. That being said I am wondering if anyone has the complete setup and found the highs way too brite?

I know with "perfect tune" you can adjust all of that but a tune thats even close seems to evade me.

If anyone experienced what I am describing and has a good tune would you mind emailing it to me and I can upload it into my dsr1.

I hate to sound helpless but have almost $2k tied up in this system and its is frickin awesome but I cant get it dialed in.

If you have a good tune PM me for my email address.

    Thanks Guys

Yep, found mine to be too "bright" also. But I switched out the HU and no longer have the DSR1.

JRT said these factory JBL head units are good so that’s not going to work for me. I have an awesome sounding stereo now but I will eventually figure the perfect tune app out.

I have been out here playing with it for a couple more hours this afternoon and may be getting close.

He made an awesome plug and play harness for all the dash speakers. I think I am going to change the dash to the back door speakers at the amp so I can roll back gain on the dash that way. Just not sure if it will mess up the stage with front dash speakers hooked into rear doors.

Going to try playing pink noise and use an RTA app and experiment with that in the next few days.

Isn't the decibel scale logarithmic...so -22.5 dB is like 0.01 the loudness of zero decibels? Are they really that much brighter?
