Went into buy a LOC at my local audio shop and the guy had it sitting on a shelf and I got it!

I dont know how much they sold for originally but for a stereo with everything I feel like it was a good deal. Im going to need the steering wheel controls to be retained with a harness, so thats the next step. I didnt get ripped off did I?

    Alot of them
It was released in 2015 with a price in the $700 range. Kenwood has had some pretty descent units over the years. I did run across the manual for it.

This is what I got, the only thing that's wrong with it is the USB (minor). Do you guys have any suggestions for my install? I've been trying to thumb through all of the threads on here (many) and I wish there was a pinned post at the top for head unit installs. What have you found to make things easier for your installs?

If it s just the head unit it s just a matter of getting the correct installation kit. Just search for dash kits for your truck. There s several brands that will work. When I got mine I made sure I got the same finish. My dash is gloss black, and the dash kit is the same. When you have the old head unit out you can figure out how you want to run your input or usb cables so they are accessable. Also decide if you want to install dash cams or backup cam before you install headunit, (assuming that model accomodates them); so you don t have to take it all apart again.

    Scosche is just one brand...

even though the unit has been discontinued, I would think crutchfiekd could help
