Made a more stout/robust crashtube with hidden winch tray in it. Came out great. I had to relocate the power steering cooler and cut away some small pieces of sheet metal, aside from that, it was just some simple measure, cut, and weld going on. I used 2"x6" 1/4" steel tubing. The whole project cost me $89.72 in materials!

Like most things custom, its always more difficult trying to keep it "stock" looking and maintain/improve the integrity of everything else onboard.

Thanks man, it was alittle more involved than I initially thought, but came out really well. Aside from taking time to align/tack everything before welding and boxing the tube in, the worse part was getting the hard lines on the cooler cut and figuring out where to move it. I was able to reuse the stock hardware, just had to bend it up a bit.

Looks awesome man. How is reception for you? I went through multiple iterations of size, in my area just could not get reception with anything under 19". Looks good.

I also like the wheels. The rubber on mine is too new to justify getting rid of yet. Its next on the list

Thanks man. It's more for looks. Now that I have SiriusXM, I don't listen to radio at all. I researched for over a year on wheels, planned on going black, but came across these and was sold. Something other than black, not that black wheels dont look good just wanted something different.

Took full strength APC and a razor to clean the inside of my windshield.

Ever since I bought the truck last year, I noticed there was fluid splatter marks whenever I drove into the sun. Started behind the rear view mirror and drip marks all the way down. Window cleaner didn't remove any of it so I thought it was the outside so I cut it with M105 and M205. Still saw the marks.

I can finally say no more fluid splatter marks! My OCD can rest.

Got the tranny pan back in and finished changing the front diff and transfer case oil. Ended up having to drill out the broken bolts and tapped the holes. Now hopefully the next time I work on her it’ll be adding some upgrades!

Just got my Spyder tail lights and Klearz third brake light lens installed! Super happy with them. Also installed a color matched bumper I bought off EBay

I’d love to know more about which Dasaita unit you went with. Looks like the 10.2” display. JBL or non-JBL from the factory? Got a link?

Me too! The JBL head unit is so bad I almost can't stand it. Did you replace the speakers too? Did that improve the backup cam? That just sucks too.

Today's #covid19project. Had expiring rewards bucks so burnt them on these 2. Used 1 on each side of the truck for the heck of it. Won't be a true test as I still have Collinite on the truck. These will be more of a topping.
