Hi guys. New to the forum. Please can anyone in the DC, MD VA (Northern) area point me in the direction of a lift installer (shop) who is familiar with ReadyLift products AND also works on Tundras routinely.

I just had BWT Offroad in Westminster MD do my tire mounting and alignment. I went with them because they do all of the lifts/suspension work for the local Toyota dealer in the area including ReadyLifts. When i dropped my truck off there were 3 other lifted tundras and 2 4runners there. Great service and the guys know Tundras very well. They had my work done in a few hours with no problems.

Thanks!!! I appreciate the quick response. Do they install your own parts or do they have to order the parts themselves?

I'm actually not sure about that. I installed my lift myself and just had them do the alignment and tire mounting. I would call them and see. I don't see why they wouldn't install your own parts as long as they're new. They are a tire shop too so they do sell tires there.

Thanks again. I'll be calling them tomorrow. If they give me a comparable deal to what I'll get directly from the manufacturer then I'm going with them. I usually have nightmares about my first car falling on me while I was doing an oil change in my driveway so I won't be installing any lifts by myself. What height did you do in front and back?

Glad you clarified that. I hate the DMV! Haha

Totally understandable. It's still hard work and a hazard doing it yourself. I did an OME lift with 2.5" in the front and a 1.5" block in the rear.

I get that. I have a lift I need to install but our backyard driveway is uneven gravel. I'm really not inclined at all to install it here. Must have been scary to have your car fall on you. Damg..

I used Hi-Tech auto out in Chantilly a few years ago to do a bunch of work on my Jeep LJ before I headed home to Houston, they had several Tundras in for lifts and work. They are a great shop and do Outstanding work.

I had a lot of work done at Overland 4x4. They were pretty good. There was even a former Toyota tech that worked there. But looking at their website now, they don’t mention Toyota anymore. I’m wondering if they sold it to someone else.
