That is a custom design. You're not going to find that unless you track down the person that made it.

It's really dark

What Erik said is right.

That is pretty cool to see that somebody tried the modern look of a lower profile bumper to preserve the top half of the bumper cover. We had a member who also did this move.

Looks like that guy is selling because his flared fenders are too wide for the stock bumper.
