Air pump problem

07 Toyota Tundra

i have an 07 tundra with the 5.7 motor I have already replaced the valves first it rams good for a while then my pumps went I replaced them ran good a for about three replaces i take gasket as it came back and we reopened the intake and saw they where worn but now I’m back in limp mode and with the same codes in stuck and don’t know where to go from here I saw that I had to calibrate the system or maybe replace the relays?
