Started the 2007 5.7L yesterday and the CEL stayed on.

I pulled two codes this morning... (linked to discussions on this forum)

PO456 ~ Small leak detected on Evaporation system.

B1655 ~ Left-hand Seat Belt Buckle Switch Circuit malfunction.
(But my reader identified it as Right-hand)

I will update my findings & solutions.

That's the first thing I am checking... I had topped off the tank the night before and it sat in the hot sun all day yesterday, 100 in the shade when I started it yesterday afternoon.

I removed and reinstalled the gas cap, cleared the codes and took it for a ride.
    The CEL is dark.
