    Hey all,

    I’ve been all over the forum trying to figure out the do’s and don’ts of modding my new tundra. Figured it was time to create an account and start participating! I’m a young kid, local to Orange County. Wife and I are expecting our first so I enjoy getting my hands dirty and doing mods myself to try and save where I can.

    Just picked up a Silver 2008 4x4 SR5 Crewmax in March with 98k. Loving it so far! Previous owner had chrome everything and I’ve been able to slowly start converting everything.

    Learned the hard way that adding 3” spacers was the wrong way to go. Had the famous clunk of death that I couldn’t seem to locate, even after torquing everything down again. Finally decided to swap them out for the bilstein 5100s all around and running smooth as butter now!

    Anyway, happy to be here and happy to learn. Before and Current pics attached.
