Total Chaos upper arms, spindle gusset, diff drop, shackles, rear bump stop kit, bed stiffiners, deaver leafs (soa), archive u bolt flip, tc spec adjustable king 2.5’s, BajaDesigns squadron fog lights and 40” s8 on Sdhq behind the grill mount, BFGoodrich Ko2 285/75/17 on Method grid wheels
My name is justin and I have a problem. I like to over use my 2014 Toyota Tundra 4x4 SR5 and find things I don’t like about it. I’d save a lot of time and money if I was a responsible Tundra owner, but I’m not. So here I am, introducing myself for no real reason besides the possibility that I can share my limited knowledge and ask a few questions. I’ll also admit that have lurked on this website a few times. Living in the southwestern corner of the United States doesn’t help with my problem. With Disneyland aka “Baja California Mexico” right next door and plenty of opportunities to be in some American soil within a reasonable distance If my home, I have done a good job at getting into situations where I probably shouldn’t have in my open diff’d White whale. As time has gone by (3 years to be exact) I’ve driven this used car lot special just over 60,000 miles and have done the best I can with functional upgrades as my wallet has permitted. My goal with this truck is to keep it stock width and as low profile as possible while maximizing offroad capabilities to suit the needs of chasing various 2 and 4 wheel teams that I’m involved with at races south of the border. It’s been put to work chasing every SCORE and all but one NORRA race since I’ve owned it and has converted a raptor owner or two along the way.

My list of upgrades as of now:

Front end: Total chaos poly upper arm, spindle gusset, diff drop, and their spec 2.5 king adjustable coil overs.

Rear end: Total Chaos king bump stop kit, tc spec adjustable king 2.5 smooth bodies, archive offroad U bolt Flip Kit, deaver 11 pack of leafs (bought used don’t know model number), tc 3/4” shackles

Wheels and tires: BFGoodrich Ko2’s 285/75r16 on black method grid wheels With matching spare. (Had 35’s and went down to a slightly smaller tire and like them more)

Armor: Trd pro skid plate with some small spacers to compensate for the diff drop, rci gas tank skid plate

Lighting: Baja designs squadron’s in the oem fog light bezels, Baja Designs 40” S8 light bar behind the grill on an SDHQ mount.

Misc: kenwood TK790 race radio aka ham radio, line x bed liner, tc bed side stiffeners, oem tow mirrors, weather tech floor mats, tuffy locking center console safe thing, shock boots and various other things to protect the under side of the truck from flying gravel.

List of things I will be getting /doing next: black out all aftermarket suspension components, ARB lockers front and rear with dual compressor, rock sliders, more Baja designs lighting under and in the rear of the truck, Total Chaos heim upper arms and stock width Lower control arms, front sway bar quick disconnect, make a switch to Turn off my “anti stop” brakes for dirt driving, storage box for behind passenger seat, mount lowrance gps... and so on and so on.

I’ll try and include anything interesting I do to my tundra that doesn’t already have a thread about it. Thanks to the people that have taken the time to put some awesome knowledge on this site, it’s already helped on my project a lot.
