Issue was sensor reading from evap core solution was to check for leaks and recharge system.

LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.

Mine is even across the top but choosing top and bottom doesn't let virtually any air out the bottom. My 4Runner has a much better a/c system, has top, middle (below steering column) and bottom by feet, it also cools down much faster and makes you turn it down in under 10 mins when sitting in 100 degree heat.
