Front left door speaker not working after install

Had a guy install a system yesterday and we didn't have all the right parts to finish. He gave me a short list of rca couplers to get and still have no sound as well as some hum out of the right side. He assured me the right side would work and noise would go away after the signal completed.

Rockford 300/1 to 10" JL sub

The door speakers installed months ago and I know they work.

I used a pair of female to male rca couplers out of each rca out on the deck to two rca stereo pairs to the rear amps. One stereo pair got split to two female to male inputs for the JL 300/4 and one pair to the Rockford. Bass sounds great and right side has power but rear right has noise.

Rca's and speaker wire run the pass side and power remote run the driver side. Ground is connected to the seat bolt.

From what I can tell there's only one blue wire coming from the driver side behind the dash into the deck. I read the door speaker is run inline with the dash tweeter and one may not work without the other. I never unplugged it is it coupled into this same blue wire? Anyone have the wire color chart?

Tried calling the installer and he flaked out.
