Bilstein 4600 rear installation

    2008 4.7 Crewmax
    I do my own shocks and just bought these 4600s for my son's '08.

    They're supposed to use OE upper hardware, but, except for the threaded portion, the rod is way too thick, and the threaded part is too short to stack the washers and bushings.

    According to Bilstein they're correct for the vehicle, 24186247

    Has anyone else run into this?

    I just did mine and took me to a day to do the rear.
