Selling this custom wheel. The wheel is matte carbon upper and lower (with grey center stripe,) smooth leather sides and grey stitching. Originally paid $528 I’m asking $330 shipped to lower 48. Pics posted showing installed, and others showing how you will receive it (obviously with no airbag or buttons)

Getting out of the Tundra family?

 

My plan, which keeps changing, is to get a beater and save some coin for the new tundra redesign in 22. But we’ll see haha

 

Just curious if anyone knows what is the reason for the center line on these custom steering wheels? More importantly, can you get that type of wheel without the center line?

 

The real reason for these stripes is inspired by racing. They’re meant to aid the driver in knowing where the center position of the steering wheel is when driving at high speeds. (Think desert racing and flying through dunes and the wheel going all crazy.) that’s the best description I can come up with lol. You can certainly get these made without them.

 

You can get them anyway you want. I’m waiting for my custom one to come in mail no stripe because of ocd too and also I don’t often race through the desert being in PA.
