There are some vendors on here that offer those items. I personally would recommend you go with OEM LED headlights and a harness from iHacker. Info can be found here https://www.tundras.com/threads/ultimate-oem-toyota-parts-thread.10707/ For tail lights it is pretty hit and miss.
