I have a 2011 tundra with 4.7 v8 motor. I blew the rear main seal and replaced it, while doing so I replaced the torque converter seal. Well, that second seal ended up being wrong and didn’t find out until I was 2 hours from home and already leaking tranny fluid. I dropped it again and put the right seal in, but I no longer have 1st, 2nd, 5th, or 6th gear but still have all the others. It starts off in 3rd gear when in drive. I don’t have an arm and a leg to spare to a tranny shop, so I’d like to know what I could do.
