I will be replacing my air box/filter on my 2015 SR5, 4.6L with the S&B unit.
***My question/concern is that the new air box may not clear the right side hood strut.*** any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated.
This was pointed out by somebody who had that problem. Never got to get anymore info than that. Seems to me, that high-end after market manufacturers would have that dialed in.
I will proceed ahead, and see for myself. I can always return the unit, and just eat the labor.....chalk it up to experience. :)
    Thanks, Gary

I didn't have any issues when I installed my S&B. Everything cleared fine.
I don't have a pic of it on my own truck but here's one I grabbed off their site from the reviews.

@Ryuu how do you like you S&B? It's on my list for next purchases once I have some extra cash

Thanks Ryuu; I figure the guy was a newbie or applied his experience to another make or model. It just got me curious.
Tundras.com has a TONdra of experience and know-how. Great people.

Honestly I'm pretty happy with it, I don't have any complaints.
I've seen reviews claiming better MPG and throttle response but I'd only agree with the throttle since I don't really pay attention to MPG so can't say much on it.

No problem, I know they had an old design for our trucks so it might have been that. I got mine right after the redesign.
I agree, tons of info on here, definitely enjoy browsing through threads seeing what people do to their trucks or what they run into and how they fix it.
