Hello everyone. I am new to this Toyota forum, I used to to own a 2003 toyota tundra but the transmission took a shit and I bought this 2010 Toyota tundra SR-5 RWD. I am doing this post because i'm not seeing that many reviews for the Morimoto XB's, Top Gear Auto Sport Sequential Tow Mirrors and Fox 2.0 Coilovers and shocks. I've attached a few photos so that you guys can get a general idea.

Lets start off with the Morimoto XB's. I went with these after doing as much research as I can between these and the Alpha Rex Nova's. At first I was trying to go cheap and go for the the Alpha Rex Pro's, which from the photos looked decent. But after reading several reviews a lot of customers had bad experiences with those. With that being said I assumed that the higher end models would be of similar quality. I also watched a lot of videos on the Alpha Rex Nova's and the Morimoto XB's, the end result was that the low beams on the Morimotos were not as bright as the Alpha Rex Nova's. But for me personally I thought the Morimotos had a better look, the DRL's looked more liked a tube vs the Alpha Rex's which had gaps in between the LED's. Additionally, when the sequential turn signals were on it looked more clean on Morimoto's vs the Alpha Rex's. I don't plan to go off roading at all with my truck and I think that the Morimoto's get the job done, according to the video, the low beams were at around 600 lumens and the high beams were at 1400 lumens. If I were to go off-roading, wouldn't I just turn on the high beams the whole time and use those? I honestly don't know because most of my use for this truck is on road. Install was fairly easy, plug and play and then I had to route a wire into the fuse box for the DRL's but I did not have to tap into any wires. Overall satisfied with this product. In the youtube video I was watching, the owner of the Morimoto's for his GMC or Ford, I forgot which one it was for said that he had a lot of issues and had to use his I think 5 year warranty to replaced it 3 times. I'm hoping that I don't have the same issues as him as I've only had these headlights for about a month.

Topgearautosport.com Sequential Tow Mirrors. I bought these for a little less than $600. the reason I bought these is so they would match the sequential turn signals for my headlights and I suck at driving big ass trucks compared to my 2003 toyota tundra which pretty much was low and not as wide as this truck. So having the additional convex mirror helped with me seeing my blind spots. They were generally easy to install, plug and play. These tow mirrors were plug and play right off the bat since I had the tow package on it, I don't think they would work with any other models that don't have the tow package and additional wiring may be needed. They are nice but I have a few gripes with them. For one they came nicely packaged, but one of the wires were loose and caused my turn signal light not to come on, I had to push one of the loose wires back into the plug. The second thing that annoys me is that I adjusted the mirrors to the angle that I am comfortable with but when I would close my door it would cause it to move out of that adjustment, and I would have to adjust it every time. The passenger side seems fine and holds its adjustment. I am currently awaiting for topgearautosport to see if they will send me a better driver side mirror and then I will update this post. The third issue is that when my day time running lights are on for the headlights these tow mirrors DRL's are not on at the same time which bothers me a little bit. Another thing is that the LED's in these mirrors are not as bright during the day, for the price I paid, I would think they would be a little brighter. You can barely see the sequential turn signals during the day. At night, these tow mirrors look amazing, but I would like the same brightness for during the day so that drivers around me can see that I am signaling when I am right beside them.

Fox 2.0 Front Coilovers and Rear Shocks. This has to best upgrade I've done for this vehicle. Before hand the ride was soft and smooth with the OEM shocks and springs but their was a lot of body roll and shitty braking. Once I installed these Fox 2.0's I could corner better and stopping wasn't as rough. You can definitely feel the bumps on the road a little bit more but not by much. Also it depends on what you want from the vehicle, if you like soft and a lot of body roll then keep the stock equipment, but if you want to drive your truck hard like I do upgrade. Keep in mind that I plan to just use this truck on asphalt the whole time and to never off road with it. With this kit it apparently raised the front of the vehicle by 2" to level out the front of the truck. I was in between the Bilstein 6112's and the Fox 2.0's, but after doing as much research as I could, I went with the the Fox 2.0's. According to the videos that I watched, the order of quality was, Bilstein, Fox and then Kings. I just went for the middle and I am satisfied with my purchase.
