5026689B-1A8E-4202-83CD-790E937B67B3.jpg I have a 2008 double cab. I’m looking to replace the felt widow seal that sits on the lower outside of the glass. I was wondering if anyone has done this job? If it is easy or hard? And where did you get the part to do it? Any help would be appreciated. Mine is torn and with the rain I don’t want it to get in and sit at the bottom of the door. Thanks in advance.

Go here, #4 for both front and rear doors, scroll down. Different part numbers for L/R. I'm not familiar with the actual task of replacement.

Piece of cake to change, common failure. Do all 4 at once because if all has not failed they will.

Just replaced mine the other day, the El Paso heat melted mine on all four doors and I was getting black streaks up and down my windows. I bought mine off eBay for $77 and had them in a few days. I watched the video that was posted above and it was really easy to instal, the only issues I had was the molding from the outside of the door splitting from the part that is against the window and it fell into the door. The other issue I had was while installing the new mold on the rear drivers side door, the plastic piece locked into the door before I had the other end in and when I removed it, it snapped.
