Does anyone have experience with Wescott Designs TRD PRO Fox suspension lift? It's not much, but enough for me to get 35's without spacers, trimming or rubbing. Seems easy enough to install and of high quality.

    Thoughts, opinions, concerns?

I wonder why it's 1.5" in the front and 1" in the back?

I'm not sure what the significance of that is.

To make the truck level. It has a 0.5" rake stock.

Ah. I may have to look this up. Curious as to why it has this rake stock.

Looks just like any other spacer lift, nothing special there.

FWIW I know Jeff Westcott and he is a solid guy. He used to (might still) do a lot of the upgrades and builds at Right Toyota in Scottsdale, AZ. He has also done some nice builds of his own. I would not hesitate to buy from him.

The Pro suspension is already leveled - 1.5-2" of front lift on a stock TRD Pro Tundra. The 1.5" of front lift for this kit are in addition to that. I emailed them and they have the same kit available for the older Bilstein Pro coilovers, so I think that's the route I'm going to take to add more lift to mine.

It's adding preload to the spring instead of changing the mounting points. Doesn't affect the limit distance on the shock, just changes where it rides in the stroke (think Bilstein 5100 style adjustment, adjustable preload ring). Most spacer lifts rely on moving the shock itself by stacking shims on top to achieve the lift. This will necessitate the need for bump stop spacers so you don't blow out the shock when bottoming out. There is a minor concern with coil bind with this setup, but Jeff has assured me that this isn't an issue.

Having said that, I think i'll go with the Westcott lift if I decide to raise the truck. I like how the factory suspension rides and if I can keep that and ride a bit taller, then that works for me.

**Disclaimer. I'm not affiliated with Westcott at all. I just like the simplicity of the system and am disappointed that I didn't think if it, hahaha.

    Thx for the comments.

My 2020 Turd Pro has a 0.5" of rake. The naked eye sees level, but the tape measures says no.

I plan on installing the Wescott on my truck so I can run 35's without trimming, rubbing or wheel spacers.

I asked the Toyota Dealer about an installed quote of the WD TRD pro fox lift kit, and they are giving me $1,500. The parts are around 450 on WD website. Is install typically 1K for this set up?
