After seeing a lot of pics on Chrome deletes here I decided to try something different. I am going to replace all of the chrome on my 2017 Toyota Tundra Limited Crewmax with black parts

I have the grill, hood bulge, mirror caps, & bumper end; they are all Classic black (202), I'm trying to get all 4 door handle at a decent price & the Attitude Black (218) is $100 cheaper then the Classic black (202).

Should I just get the (218) door handle? Is the difference that bad?

Perhaps you already had this in mind when you stated "replace," but painting some parts black will save you some $$$; you don't need to buy all of them.
I have had success with this Rust-Oleum product and then a few coats of flat poly over it: Center console fake chrome plastic cup holder surround, shift gate, shifter handle, etc. Purchased other interior trim parts from AJT Design recently.
Good products just a bit pricey.
Post pics of your progress along the way! Would like to see them!

I have all of the interior covered...I bought the AJT kit a few weeks back....I am more worried about the outside. Where most people are doing color match...I am going black...and I am still worried about the door handles being different!

I shot the door handleSoon my FJ with matte Black single stage urethane. Tough as nails and holds up/ looks better than OEM. I will do Tundra next a long with chrome bumper ends.
